These are in the ISO 9001 Quality Management, ISO 14001 Environmental Management and OHSAS 18001 Occupational Health and Safety management categories.

ISO 9001 for Quality Management
ISO 9001 highlights standards for quality management systems across all industries. It is used – in over one million organisations in 170 countries around the world – to assess a company’s quality management capabilities. It is based on a set of principles, which include:

- Process approach
- Continual improvement
In order to earn ISO 9001 certification, a business must exhibit a high level of efficiency, effective performance, strong customer satisfaction, substantial staff motivation and continual improvement.
One example of how Seneca lives up to ISO 9001’s criteria can be found in our adoption of paperless invoicing, which has minimised paperwork, streamlined our billing system, improved client communication and contributed to a more sustainable environment.
ISO 14001 for Environmental Management
ISO 14001 provides specific guidelines that companies can follow, in order to establish and maintain an effective environmental management system.
