This month, Careys Foundation were proud to support team members from Careys Civil Engineering and Scudder Demolition at 1 Palace Street, as they took on Snowdon, the highest mountain in Wales.

In aid of the Prostate Cancer Research Centre, the team climbed the momentous mountain standing at 1,085 meters above sea level over the village of Llanberis.

The team took on the Pyg Track to reach the summit where they took in the views before descending via the Llanberis Path. In the evening they attended the Prostate Cancer Research Centre Dinner and met other participants from the day.

Congratulations to all who took part and supported the challenge. The joint venture raised over £4,000 for the charity which funds research to increase survival and find a cure for men with prostate cancer, the largest cancer killer of men in the UK

The team now have their sights set on conquering the remaining 2 of UK's 3 highest peaks.
