We are looking for a Project Manager, with excellent planning and scheduling experience to manage our exciting Leading Edge programme. Comfortable working with variable data in often ambiguous situations, we require a confident individual to lead and implement this complex project across the entire Carey Group.
The role will involve complex scheduling, planning and resourcing of workshops and events for over 5000 Careys staff across the UK and Ireland. To achieve this, you will prioritise building and maintaining relationships by partnering with external stakeholders to secure venues and negotiate rates and agreements so that all our Leading Edge events provide a world class learning experience. You will also take ownership of co-ordinating the facilitators/leaders/mentors frequently and consistently to support the delivery of this programme by implementing a common framework and concept that notably takes a leading edge on participants’ behaviour and leadership style.
This role is not an administration role and requires a high level of leadership with exceptional relationship building skills to deliver the vast complexities that surround our Leading Edge project.
You will be driven to deliver results with precision and perfection within tight deadlines, and confident in managing and reporting on budgets, as well as providing narrative against budget reviews.
In addition, you will thrive on being the ‘go to’ person to answer questions and concerns across the entire business in relation to Leading Edge.
It is essential that you have demonstrable experience in:
- Managing complex delegate logistics, be it across training or event management.
- Project planning and management where you have taken plans from concept and design through to execution and measurement.
This job will take you to many exciting places throughout the UK, therefore flexibility to travel nationally for this role is essential.
- 37.5 hour week. Monday - Thursday, 9.00am to 5.30pm (1hr lunch). Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm (½hr lunch).
- 26 days holiday per annum plus 8 Bank Holidays.
