About You:
• Experienced 2nd Line Support Analyst, looking to develop within infrastructure
• A collaborative and proactive / ‘can-do’ working style
• Willingness to mentor and develop our 1st Line Support Analysts
• Ability to work across various offices/sites within the UK and Ireland as required

Main Responsibilities:
• Resolving Backups (BackupExec15) for Wembley & Dublin offices
• Rolling out new Access Points (Meraki) in all offices and construction sites
• Setting up and managing construction sites Fiber, ADSL & 4G connections including Printers
• Assisting 3rd Line Engineers with their projects 
• Assisting and mentoring 1st Line Engineers with various support tasks 
• Administering monitoring tools 

About Us

Based from our Wembley Head Office, our Support Analysts provide 2nd line network and systems support to about 1500 users, spread across several UK & Eire regional offices as well as numerous construction sites. 

Systems and Software:

  • Active Directory and Group Policies
  • MS desktop architecture including Windows 7 / 10
  • System Centre – SCCM, SCOM SCSM, or SCVMM
  • Office 365 
  • Sharepoint
  • Hyper-V (preferred)
  • Networking (Access points and configuring routers)
