BDL Dry Lining has secured a new residential project called The Broadway, located in the heart of Westminster, on behalf of principal contractor, Multiplex. The previous New Scotland Yard site is being redeveloped by real estate developer, Northacre.

SW1 – a prime central location

Comprised of six towers, which stand from 13 to 19 floors high, The Broadway will offer a vibrant, luxury location for residents and visitors, just a short walk away from key London landmarks, including:

- Houses of Parliament

- Buckingham Palace

- St James’s Park

This modern development is full of character and features panoramic views of landmarks, such as the London Eye, St Paul’s Cathedral and Big Ben.

The Broadway is a mixed-use development that will offer residential apartments, as well as 142,000ft2 of commercial, shopping, entertaining and restaurant space. It will provide a vibrant and luxurious hub in one central location.

Scope of works

Commencing in June, with a 79-week programme, our scope of works on this project includes the delivery of:

- Turnkey washroom fit out of the commercial office water closets (WC’s)

- All services, joinery, sanitaryware and fixtures, and fittings and equipment (FFE)

- Dry lining and floor finishes
