Anderston Regeneration Development, Glasgow Careys were appointed on this £34.5m Taylor Woodrow project in inner city Glasgow. The contract included the substructure works, a twenty one storey reinforced concrete framed residential building and the concrete cores to an eight storey structural steel framed commercial building. The scope of works also included the Enabling Works involving the construction of a 50m long retaining wall, 150m of 6m deep drainage diversion, the exposure and protection of transatlantic fibre optic cables and the placing of 12,000m3 of piling mat.
